Ok, I'm not going to practice a language on you! (Although I'm sure you enjoy that tremendously), but I shall take a moment to discuss your post.
Indeed, the evil-doers at Apple Inc. should face justice. But I think it is to no fault of the poor fruit that things had to be this way. I'm sure if the apple didn't exist the evil ones would go for some kind of a Kiwi or something. Regardless, blaming the apple would be like blaming and banning the use of tick (check) marks to protest the sweatshops that Nike's got. No can do!
