I was doing some CEED preperation & wanted to know what the currency looked like:
I have a feeling I will come back & constantly be asking, do you know how many rupees that is???!!!
I also did a search on Wikipedia for the meaning of life (because of a movie I saw) & it had answers

The one, two and five rupee notes aren't in circulation anymore; they've been replaced by coins instead.
thats a weird 5 Rs note..... how was the 5 Rs note... i dont remember... but it wasn't pink for sure!!!! :)
i'd forgotten what they look like - but yeah, this isn't the right color for the five rupee note. do they have pictures of our coins??
and the 20 rs note is much smaller than the 10 rupee note, how irritating!
First Kurt with the map now me with the currency.
I have been looking for current versions of the coins but am not sure if I found the right ones yet.
Apparently they will be introducing a 10 rupee coin.
